POLICY ON CHARGES: Time with a NONLAWYER is charged at the time of your appointment (Via Walk in, Phone, or Website). 50% One-half non-refundable payment of your document/form fee is required prior to beginning the actual preparation of your documents/forms. The balance is due when the forms are available for pick or mail the Draft and/ or upon the final acceptance of your documents/forms. Our fees include the original documents, and one copy. Payment method: Pay pal, Cash and or Money Order. Our fee(s) do not include: COURT COST, FILING FEES, MAILING SERVICES, TELPHONE CALLS OR PROCESS SERVING FEE(S).
CHANGES: Changes (additions, oversights, and/or deletions) to a document initiated by you are charged at $20.00 per change.
Same day service, when available, is charged at an additional 30% of the total document fee. (Minimum of $15.00)
